The TabibINgermany team helps with accompaniment, interpreting and nonmedical organisational advice in Frankfurt am Main and Germany. Treatment and therapy are exclusively the responsibility of clinics, physicians and specialists.
Interpreting
Our team helps with interpreting and communication. The clinic determines the language support and qualifications required for each conversation. Certified document translations and specialist requirements must be clarified separately; medical explanations and informed consent remain the physicians’ responsibility.
Organisational advice
Our team advises on practical preparation, procedures and local orientation. It does not assess medical findings, recommend individual treatment or provide medical, legal or authoritative visa advice.

Medical services and their costs are discussed directly with clinics, physicians or the responsible providers. Operator, team and privacy details, contract information and any applicable withdrawal information require completion and review before commercial launch.
Our team helps you with everything you need during your stay
Before your trip and during your stay in Frankfurt am Main, the TabibINgermany team supports patients and their families with:
- Arranging appointments and doctor consultations before travel
- Airport pick-up
- Car rental or taxis
- Hotel or apartment bookings
- Rental of wheelchairs and any other medical aids and equipment
- Applying for a visa extension when the visa expires and an extension is needed
- Accompaniment and interpreting throughout the stay
Examination, diagnosis, treatment and therapy are exclusively the responsibility of clinics, physicians and specialists. Visa extensions are decided solely by the competent immigration office.
