1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website within the meaning of Art. 4(7) GDPR is: Amina Elb. · TabibINgermany · Nordendstraße 50, 60318 Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland. Tel./WhatsApp: 0049 163 169 7445 · E-Mail: info.tabibgermany@gmail.com. No data protection officer has been appointed because there is no legal obligation to do so (§ 38 BDSG).
2. Overview
We process personal data only as far as necessary to provide this website and handle your enquiries, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German TDDDG. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is provided via the Lovable platform (Stockholm, Sweden). When you visit, technically necessary data are processed: IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer URL, browser and operating system. This ensures secure, stable delivery and protects against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. Where sub-processors process data outside the EU, this is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 45, 46 GDPR). Log data are stored only as long as necessary for these purposes and then deleted or anonymised. Visitor numbers are evaluated in aggregate only, without individual profiles.
4. Cookies, tracking and advertising
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and uses no Google Ads conversion tracking, no Google Analytics, no social media pixels and no externally loaded fonts or maps. Your chosen language is part of the page address and is not stored in your browser. No cookie banner is therefore currently required (§ 25(2) TDDDG). If advertising or analytics services such as Google Ads are added in future, we will ask for your consent beforehand (§ 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and update this policy.
5. Contact by phone and email
If you call us or email info.tabibgermany@gmail.com, we process your name, contact details and the content of your message to answer your enquiry and prepare the organisational support you request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps or performance of a contract), otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). For email we use Gmail by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Transfers to the USA are possible; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
6. Contact via WhatsApp
The WhatsApp button takes you to WhatsApp, a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data are only transferred when you click the button. Messages are end-to-end encrypted, but WhatsApp processes metadata such as phone number and time, including in the USA (EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Use is voluntary; you can also reach us by phone or email. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. WhatsApp’s privacy policy also applies: https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy-eea
7. Health data
Our organisational support normally does not require medical records. Please send findings and medical reports directly to the treating hospital or doctor where possible. If you voluntarily share health information with us (for example the need for a wheelchair), we process it only with your explicit consent under Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR and only as far as needed for your request. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR).
8. Disclosure to third parties
We only pass on data when you want this for your request and it is necessary, for example to hotels, landlords, transport services, interpreters, hospitals for appointments or authorities for a visa application (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; for health data Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), or where we are legally obliged to (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
9. Retention
We delete enquiries once they have been fully handled and no follow-up questions are expected. If an engagement follows, we keep records for as long as statutory retention obligations apply (usually 6 or 10 years under § 257 HGB and § 147 AO).
10. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to withdraw consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR). Simply contact us using the details above.
11. Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
Where we process data on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then stop processing unless there are compelling legitimate grounds or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
12. Right to lodge a complaint
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is: Der Hessische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit (HBDI), Gustav-Stresemann-Ring 1, 65189 Wiesbaden, https://datenschutz.hessen.de.
13. Security, no obligation, no automated decisions
This website is transmitted encrypted via HTTPS (TLS). You are not obliged to provide data, but without contact details we cannot answer your enquiry. No automated decision-making or profiling under Art. 22 GDPR takes place.
14. External links
This website links to pages of authorities and other providers. Their operators alone are responsible for their data processing. Data are only transferred when you click a link.
